Q: What time are you open?
A: Every Friday and Saturday from 8PM til Midnight in October.
Q: How much does it cost? Can we buy tickets online?
A: $15 for adults and children and not at this time.
Q: Is it really scary?
A: Yes. It is really scary!
Q: Once we’ve paid for admission are we able to go through again?
A: No. However, you can purchase another ticket if you would like to walk through the trail again.
Q: Are group discounts available?
A: Yes, but only for the first three weekends.
Q: Do I get my money back if I do or don’t make it through the trail?
A: Like sporting events and other attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.
Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: It depends. The beginning of October, there is typically a short wait, maybe 20-30 minutes on a weekend. As it gets closer to Halloween, specifically on a Friday or Saturday night, the wait can be long. The closer you come to opening time (8:00 pm) the shorter the wait. We do offer VIP tickets that offers a much shorter wait! But our best advise is to come early in the season to get through quicker and avoid the big lines.
Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: No… parking is FREE!
Q: Is the waiting area inside?
A: Yes, along with beverages, food!
Q: How long does it take to go through?
A: It’s really difficult to give an answer to this question- some groups run right through, while others take their time. It really depends on how well you can handle the fear, but I would say 15 to 20 minutes.
Q: Is it handicap accessible?
A: We are an outdoor trail, for the most part yes, but it can be difficult to go through the trail and some of the paths for someone in a wheelchair.
Q: Do you have a lot of strobe lights in the trail?
A: Yes. We have many strobe lights throughout. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through the trail. We have strobe lights in many of our rooms and fog. We also don’t recommend people with asthma, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time. You can always ask your physician to see if you can go through, however, we just don’t want you to get hurt.
Q: Is there security?
A: The trail has a fully trained security staff to keep things running smoothly inside the attraction and the premises. All activity inside and out is monitored by security cameras and trained professionals.
Q: Can we take photos and/or videos inside the trail?
A: No. Photography and video recording (including GoPros) are not permitted. Phones and other devices are to be put away, we don’t want people to drop their personal items on the trail because the next group could either pick them up or step on them. We are not responsible for lost items.
Q: Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
A: We will not grab you. We do our best not to and please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur.
Q: If I enter the trail and get too scared, what do I do?
A: If you get too scared, stay calm and find tell the actor in the room and they will escort you outside. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances.
Q: Can I bring my purse and/or bag into the trail?
A: We do not have lockers or a coat check at the trail. Very small purses and/or bags are allowed in, other bags should be left at home.
Q: Are there live animals, reptiles, or insects inside?
A: As far as live creatures go, there are many life-like creatures in the trail. If there are real animals, they will be handled by professionals.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers or babies. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You’re the parent- you be the judge. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn’t bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it’s probably not a good idea to bring them to a haunted trail.
Q: Can pregnant women go through the trail?
A: We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the haunted trail We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.
Q: If I have asthma, can I go inside of the trail?
A: We do not recommend people with asthma go through the trail. We suggest calling or emailing your Physician to discuss the situation with them since we have numerous fog machines throughout the haunted trail. If your doctor thinks you’ll be fine, we definitely recommend bringing your inhaler or another device that may help you breathe better. We also don’t recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: No. It’s just too darn scary for our furry friends. They would probably be more comfortable at home with the other scaredy cats…err humans.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at our on-site Box Office.
Q: Can I wear a costume?
A: No. That is our job…
Q: Can we be denied access?
A: Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc… We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry. Please use your head!!
